Ory Talos is an open-source server for issuing, verifying, and managing API keys and short-lived derived tokens at scale. It focuses on low-latency verification with caching and horizontal scaling, supporting deployment as a side-car for high-throughput systems. The project supports various backends like Postgres, MySQL, and CockroachDB and is suitable for both self-hosting and managed deployment on the Ory Network.
