Do not build a generic medieval village. The landscape, architecture and composition must clearly evoke Hobbiton and the Shire.

Controls:

Performance:
- Target smooth performance in a normal desktop browser

- Show a helpful message if WebGL is unavailable

Before writing code:
1. Create a concise implementation plan.
2. Decide how the terrain, hobbit homes, vegetation and cinematic lighting will be generated.
3. Then build the project.

After implementation:
1. Install all dependencies.
2. Run the development server.
3. Inspect the result in the browser.
4. Fix visible errors and runtime warnings.
5. Confirm that the scene loads and the controls work.
6. Write a short README with the exact command needed to run it again.

Do not stop after creating placeholders. Produce a functional and visually coherent first version.
